The Forever Cables Guarantee
Every cable we sell is guaranteed forever. Not one year. Not five years. The entire time you own it. If it fails, we replace it. Period.
What the guarantee covers
Broken connector
If the plug snaps, loosens, or stops making contact, we replace the cable.
Bad solder joint
Crackling, cutting out, intermittent signal: that is a solder joint issue, and it is on us.
Damaged jacket
If the outer jacket cracks, splits, or wears through, we replace it.
Signal degradation
If the cable starts sounding dull or noisy over time, send it back and we will send you a new one.
Wear and tear
Cables get stepped on, yanked, coiled, and thrown in gig bags. That is normal use, and it is covered.
Anything else
We do not have a list of exclusions. If the cable is not working the way it should, that is a claim.
How to file a claim

Use our warranty claim form at liferline.com/warranty or send a message to support@liferline.com. Tell us your name, what happened to the cable, and your shipping address.
We send a prepaid return label
We email you a prepaid return label within one business day. It costs you nothing to ship the cable back to us.
Replacement ships
Once we receive your cable, your replacement ships the same day. No diagnostic forms. No approval process.
Why we can guarantee cables forever
Most cable companies cannot offer a real forever guarantee because they cannot control their quality. They buy cables from overseas factories, slap a label on them, and hope for the best.
We build every cable by hand, one at a time. We use Mogami cable with Neutrik gold connectors because they are the best components available, used in professional recording studios and by touring musicians worldwide. Every hot wire gets a ferrite-interference filtering core, every cable-to-plug joint gets aerospace-inspired strain relief, and every connection is hand-soldered in the USA and tested before it leaves our bench.
That last step is not a spot check. Every cable is individually tested and characterized by LiferLine Labs, our own bench testing process, before it even gets packaged. We check continuity, shielding, capacitance, and impedance on every single unit, not a sample from the batch.
When you control every step of the build process, you know exactly how long a cable will last. Our return rate is under 1%. The Forever Guarantee is not a marketing gimmick. It is just math.
Guarantee FAQ
Do I need my receipt?
No. We can usually look up your order by email, but even if we cannot, we will still honor the guarantee. Every Forever Cable has our name on it.
Is there a time limit?
No. Forever means forever. Whether you bought the cable last month or five years ago, the guarantee applies.
Do I have to send the broken cable back?
Yes. We provide a prepaid return label so it costs you nothing to ship it back. Once we receive your cable, your replacement ships the same day.
Does this cover cables bought as gifts?
Yes. The guarantee follows the cable, not the buyer.
What if my cable was damaged by accident?
Still covered. We do not distinguish between manufacturing defects and accidental damage. If the cable does not work, we replace it.
